Cancellations
The 50% down payment covers ingredients and preparation, so it is not refundable once your order is confirmed.
Changes
You can ask for changes on WhatsApp up to 7 days before your date.
Problems with your order
If something is wrong, contact us on WhatsApp on the day with a photo and we'll make it right.
